Immunization Requirements

Immunization Requirements

To attend school in Michigan, students must show they have had the required immunizations or file a waiver with the school district.

Parents may file a medical waiver signed by a health care provider or they may sign a waiver for philosophical reasons.  Students with a waiver will be out of school when vulnerable to disease covered by the waiver.
