The Friends of the Library is an organization that helps raise money for the library.  The purpose of the Friends of the Gladstone Library shall be to maintain a group of volunteers who share the belief that their library is a valuable asset to their community.  These volunteers are willing to assist in providing funds for the library and are willing to give their volunteered time to the support and enhancement of its services.

Our Library has an active Friends group.  Membership is open to anyone who would like to support the library and its services.  The Friends meet the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Gladstone Public Library at 1:00 p.m.

Currently, the Friends are fundraising with “The Learning Tree.”  For more information on the Friends Group or the Learning Tree please contact the library at 906-428-4224.  Other fundraisers include the Friends of Library Dinner and Membership Drive.
