We sure enjoyed our Mother Goose Unit. I hope you are enjoying all of the rhymes. This is the book fair week for the Gladstone School Libraries. Please see attached. Notice that our book order is due on Tuesday, Feb. 6. February 5 begins our second semester of Preschool. Tuition is due. $375. I will be getting information to you about a second semester fundraiser for any of you that are interested in raising some of your tuition.

On Thursday, Feb. 14th we will have our Valentine’s Party. Buckets will be coming home soon to help your child decorate. We will have an ice cream sundae party. Look for a sign up sheet outside of the classroom if you would like to bring something.

Progress reports will be coming home at the end of the month of February. Kindergarten screening for the Gladstone Preschoolers will be on Monday, March 3, 2008. More details will be coming home soon.

Colleen Teahan (Ms. Colleen) has volunteered to help out our afternoon preschool class. It sure is great having an extra set of hands. Thank you Colleen.

We will be putting together a care package for soldier overseas. We wanted to do something special for Tom LaChance and his unit. Attached is a list of items they can use. Anyone interested in making any donations can send them to school during the week of the 19^th. We will pack them up and send them out.

After Valentine’s Day we will be learning about taking care of our teeth and will enjoy a field trip to Dr. Pfotenhauer’s Dentist Office on February 27th. Both classes will attend the morning class.
