that this resolution shall be the General Approprations Act for |

Area Schools - Debt Retirement Fund for the fiscal year 2009-10 an act |
| to make
appropriations; to provide for the expenditure of the approprations; and |
| to provide
for the disposition of all income received by Gladstone Area Schools. |
