Accelerated Reader

      Accelerated Reader is a great program in which students read books at their own level and test their comprehension by taking a test on the computer.  Points are earned for each test passed.  The first 4 months of school the students are required to earn 3 points a month. 4 points a month will be required starting in January.  The 3 students who earn the most points each month earns a prize from our treasure box.  Also any student who earns the required amount of points for the month gets their name in a drawing for a prize.  All students are able to cash in all the points they earn each marking period at our P.T.O. point store.
